Meal Planning - Week 17

Monday
Breakfast Didn't get round to planning anything so in the end had a yogurt
Lunch Ham and cheese sandwich
Dinner Leftover roast beef, yorkshire pudding and cauliflower cheese from Sunday

Tuesday
Breakfast Toast/cereal
Lunch Homemade butternut squash soup with a bread roll
Dinner At my boyfriend's, which was a fairly last minute plan, so will have whatever he's having

Wednesday
Breakfast Toast/cereal
Lunch Homemade butternut squash soup with a bread roll
Dinner The head of my department is over from our US head office and taking some of us out to dinner tonight. Not sure where we are going but with any luck I might get to pick the restaurant so will a) make sure it's a nice one and b) make sure there's something I can eat that fits in with Slimming World!

Thursday
Breakfast Toast/cereal
Lunch Same American boss wants to take me out to lunch today, again not sure where we're going yet but he's asked me to choose somewhere
Dinner Home alone which will be nice after a busy week! Think I will have a piece of cod in breadcrumbs I've got in the freezer with homemade chips. Also need to do some baking tonight...

Friday
Breakfast Cereal/toast
Lunch Spicy beef soup from Slimming World Little Book of Soups p50
Dinner With my boyfriend: spaghetti and meatballs, with garlic bread for him.
Dessert that I never got around to making last week: coffee cappucino creams, from the Delia book p188

Saturday
Breakfast Cereal/toast
Lunch Leftover spaghetti as I always cook too much
Dinner Out with my sister, who is coming to London to see the new Bodyguard musical, which I'm really looking forward to! We're having dinner at Fire & Stone, an 'unusual' pizza place. So yes, I will gorge on pizza.

Sunday
Breakfast Cereal/toast
Lunch Will invite my boyfriend to lunch since I won't have seen him yesterday, and will cook Creamy Stuffed Conchigli from the Slimming World website, with garlic bread for him (I'm being good!).  http://group.slimmingworld.com/recipes/creamy-stuffed-conchiglie.aspx
Dinner Lamb with harissa and pomegranate from a recipe I found online, that I planned to make last Sunday but didn't
