Meal Planning Monday 2015 - Week 6


I ate like a pig last week - two people brought chocolate brownies into the office on different days and I just couldn't stop eating them! I am going to have to try a lot harder to stick to the diet this week, which should be easier as my boyfriend is away for work for a few days so I'm going to cook things he doesn't like and stick to things like fish and veg. I'm also planning to make some soup from any leftover chicken from last Sunday which I can have for lunches.

Monday
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup
Dinner: lemon sole for me, chicken for him

Tuesday
Lunch: out with work colleagues at a pizza restaurant (someone else's choice) - I was trying to be good this week!
At a cake decorating course in the evening so I will take a sandwich

Wednesday - my boyfriend is in Florida from today until Saturday
Lunch: bento box with carrot salad, mini bagel, chicken breast, carrot and celery sticks with dip, cous cous, cheese, lettuce etc.
Dinner: Leftover homemade quiche (there is one slice in the freezer) with new potatoes and veg

Thursday
Lunch: bento box as before
Dinner: Out with friends

Friday
Lunch: bento box as before
Dinner: salmon and vegetables

Saturday: my sister is visiting
Lunch: Mexican burritos from Slimming World World of Flavours book, followed by mini lemon bundts
Dinner: out

Sunday
brunch: homemade Sausage and Egg McMuffin
dinner: gammon with Cumberland sauce from Slimming World Little Book of Sauces
