Meal Planning 2014 - week 6



Monday
Breakfast yogurt

Lunch sandwich

Dinner Late home after gym so I'll have some pasta with smoked mackerel

Tuesday
Breakfast yogurt
Lunch leftover pasta

Dinner I was meant to be out at a chocolate making class but it's been cancelled because of the tube strike so I need an alternative dinner; I'll have salmon and vegetables and the other half can have pizza.

Wednesday
Breakfast yogurt
Lunch chicken sandwich

Dinner Chicken and leek pie for me, chicken and bacon pie for him


Thursday
Breakfast  yogurt
Lunch smoked mackerel and watercress sandwich

Dinner fish in breadcrumbs and chips for me, chicken in cajun spiced breadcrumbs for him


Friday
Breakfast yogurt
Lunch chicken sandwich

Dinner My leaving drinks as I'm leaving my job next week


Saturday
Breakfast yogurt or cereal
Lunch baked egg buns from Weightwatchers Menu Plan Eat Enjoy p.54

Dinner At my boyfriend's mum's

Sunday
Breakfast cereal

Lunch hot dogs

Dinner pork fillet with saffron bread sauce and pan-fried pears from Leith's Easy Dinner Parties p.102
