Meal planning 2013- week 4

I lost one and a half pounds last week which was good.... I have a tendency to lose weight one week and put it back on the next though so I need to be careful!

Monday
Snowed in so working from home today, which means a last minute change to my meal plan!
Breakfast Potato pancakes
Lunch Soup and homemade bread
Dinner Will probably take advantage of being at home to cook something that takes a bit longer - I think I'll do a sort of tray bake with roast potatoes, butternut squash and sweet potato and a couple of sausages.

Tuesday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch Weightwatchers macaroni cheese ready meal with veg
Dinner salmon stuffed with mozzarella (from Asda as I had an online grocery delivery this weekend, which I only do once every three months or so)

Wednesday
Breakfast Cereal or potato pancakes if time
Lunch Soup and homemade bread
Dinner Hopefully with my boyfriend unless he's still snowed in - canneloni. Slimming World-style mini oreo cheesecakes for dessert (to be featured in a later post). If I'm buy myself I might have something else.

Thursday
Breakfast Cereal or potato pancakes if time
Lunch soup and homemade bread if there is any left, otherwise baked potato?
Dinner Weightwatchers chicken lasagne ready meal

Friday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch Jacket potato with tuna
Dinner Out with friends, so a pub dinner. I'm organising the night out so am going to try to choose a pub where I can have something reasonably healthy to eat!

Saturday
Breakfast Cereal
Lunch Choir rehearsal from 12-5, which means I need to leave at about 10.30 to get there (it's the other side of London). So I will take a packed lunch- probably a tuna sandwich
Dinner I'll go straight to my boyfriend's after the choir rehearsal and have dinner with him, which will depend on what he and his family are doing.

Sunday
Brunch Still at my boyfriend's - they usually have bacon sandwiches for brunch so I have bought some Mattesons turkey rashers which are free.
Dinner Roast lamb
